Negotiations Account Manager

We are seeking a proven producer to join our Negotiations Account Management  team. Individuals with a background in Debt Settlement, Sales, Account Management, and Collections are encouraged to apply.


Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships and provide support to clients through consistent follow up and communication
  • Work directly with clients to keep them motivated and on track
  • Keep detailed notes and records of all communication with clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention
  • Cultivate and sustain professional rapport with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to work closely with the Negotiations team

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in Debt Settlement, sales, customer service and/or financial services are all highly desirable
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and be a team player
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Professionalism with a positive attitude
  • Dependability and Punctuality a must

Hours(PST)

  • M-TH: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • F: 8:00am-3:00pm
  • Base pay is $18-$20 per hour DOE
  • Competitive commissions are paid monthly based on  production
