Sales Development Representative

Pacific Debt Relief is looking for an experienced fronter to begin by assisting our Inside Sales team and develop new business. You will be contacting warm leads and transferring qualified candidates to our Senior Enrollment Advisors.

This is a Developmental position and we are looking for applicants that are quick learners, open to growth opportunities and have the aspiration to move into a Sales role. After learning the industry and how Pacific Debt Relief operates a performance based transition to the Inside Sales team would be considered.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Make warm calls to consumers in need of debt relief assistance.
• Follow up on scheduled appointments with prospective candidates, utilizing phone, email and SMS.
• Consult with consumers to determine whether debt relief with Pacific Debt is appropriate for their situation.
• Collect and enter pertinent data in our cloud based CRM

Sales Development Representative Qualifications:

• Persistence and determination to succeed.
• Strong telephone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Must be personable, demonstrate empathy as well as the ability to overcome objections.
• Minimum of one year of phone experience. Sales experience is preferred.
• Time management skills to maximize productivity and attain daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Must be comfortable with a fast paced environment with monthly production goals.
• Eligibility to work in the US, must pass a background check.

Sales Development Representative Benefits:

• Health insurance plan as well as dental and vision available within 90 days of employment
• 401k and FSA
• Base hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour (DOE)
• Monthly commission payouts
