We are seeking a proven producer to join our Debt Negotiations team. Individuals with a background in Sales, Negotiations, Account Management, and Collections, are encouraged to apply.


Negotiator Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clients’ debt portfolios to identify potential settlement opportunities based on industry knowledge and company standards
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized debt settlement strategies that align with their financial capabilities
  • Negotiate with creditors, lenders, and collection agencies to secure favorable settlement terms on behalf of clients
  • Advocate for clients’ interests while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor during negotiations
  • Pitch and present settlement offers to clients, explaining the benefits and implications of each proposed settlement opportunity
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to clients about the settlement process, potential outcomes, and associated timelines
  • Keep detailed records of all communication, negotiation progress, and settlements achieved for documentation and compliance purposes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to debt negotiation and settlement
  • Cultivate and sustain professional rapport with internal teams and clients

Negotiator Qualifications:

  • Work with existing lending partners to identify pre-qualified candidates within out existing client base
  • Communicate regularly with our partner lenders to understand compliant, qualifications, and funded loans
  • Assist pre-qualified candidates through the loan process to get loans funded as quickly as possible
  • Create marketing resources and materials for us in client reach out vie Email, SMS, and phone
  • Negotiate and settle eligible debts utilizing loan proceeds within company guidelines and timelines
  • Collaborate with our negotiation team to effectively settle all debts within a short time frame
  • Negotiate with creditors, lenders, and collection agencies to secure favorable settlement terms on behalf of clients
  • Advocate for clients’ interested while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor during negotiations
  • Pitch and present settlement offers to clients, explaining the benefits and implications of each proposed settlement opportunity
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to clients about loan terms, the settlement process, potential outcomes, and associate timelines
  • Keep detailed records of all communication, negotiation progress, and settlements achieved for documentation and compliance purposes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to debt negotiation and settlement
  • Cultivate and sustain professional rapport with internal teams and clients

Negotiations Loan Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Confident in negotiating with the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and ethics
  • Experience in sales, and/or financial services are highly desirable
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and be a team player while producing consistent results in a quota driven environment
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Professionalism with a positive attitude
  • Ability to network and maintain a contact database
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must
  • Two or four year college degree preferred; however, thoe with college coursework or relevant experience will be considered

Hours(PST)

  • M-TH: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • F: 8:00am-3:00pm
  • Base pay is $18-$20 per hour DOE
  • Competitive performance based commissions are paid monthly
