As a Support Specialist,  you will assist the Client Success Managers with reports, and tasks for clients enrolled into the program. Client interactions take place over the phone, via inbound and outbound calls, via email or text.

Our Client Services Specialists play a key role in ensuring that each client receives personalized and high-quality care throughout their enrollment in the program. This position involves regular interaction with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer support, all while maintaining strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Qualified candidates should have proven experience in fast paced environments where attention to detail is a must.

Client Services Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Set clear expectations during the initial stages of the client’s program (Welcome to Intro calls)
  • Offer timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program
  • Assess client needs and provide accurate, empathetic, and helpful assistance
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails efficiently
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients for scheduled appointments
  • Collaborate effectively with the team members to meet goals and targets
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets

Client Services Qualifications Benefits

  • Compensation: $18 per hour
  • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay after 90 days of employment
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K all available after 90 day probationary period

Hours:

  • Full time position
  • M-TH from 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
  • All hours are to be worked in  Pacific Standard Time zone

This is currently a remote position, applicants should be equipped to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment and must meet the following workspace requirements;

Employees must have a suitable place to work free from distractions and noise that could interfere with their assigned duties. This will be confirmed during regular interactions with their manager, including 1-1s, call monitoring sessions, etc. Before being granted the ability to work remotely, employees must provide a photo of the workspace to PDR.

  • MacOS 12 Monterey
    • Minimum Processor: Intel i5, 6th Generation
  • Recommended 16GB RAM – Minimum of 8GB
  • Two Monitors (Or a second monitor attached to laptop) required
  • Compatible PC Camera for video chats required
  • A wired PC headset for secure communications
