As a Client Success Manager, you will guide clients as they transition from newly enrolled to active support. You will focus on customer loyalty and building a close, long-term relationships, with them for 4-6 months. Client interactions can take place through various channels including over the phone, email, and/or text.


Pacific Debt Relief is looking for candidates with high emotional intelligence, energy and mental fortitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism and composure. Qualified candidates should have proven experience in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is a must.

Client Success Account Manager Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Friendly, assertive personality, can easily build rapport with clients
  • Flexible, coachable, positive and patient
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
  • 2+ years experience in Account Management
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with Client Success Manager System its a plus
  • Proficient in typing 40+ WPM
  • Computer literacy including spreadsheets and emails
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic research and data collection skills
  • College degree preferred, but not required

Client Success Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Scheduled welcome calls and quality assurance calls to build portfolio
  • Schedule daily client check-ins
  • Maintain a portfolio of 150-200 client accounts
  • Update client accounts as needed
  • Schedule regular follow up and check in appointments with clients
  • Able to work independently while still being part of a team
  • Able to attend virtual meetings with the team and managers

Client Success Account Manager Benefits

  • Compensation: $18-$20 per hour plus aggressive comp plan, **very competitive**
  • Paid holidays, vacation, sick days after 90 days of employment
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K all available after 60 day probationary period

Hours:

  • Full time position
  • M-TH from 8:00am-5:00pm PST
  • Friday 8:00am-3:00pm PST

Employees must have a suitable place to work free from distractions and noise that could interfere with their assigned duties. This will be confirmed during regular interactions with their manager, including 1-1s, call monitoring sessions, etc. Before being granted the ability to work remotely, employees must provide a photo of the workspace to PDR.


Strict restrictions apply to computer hardware and software. These will be discussed during the interview process.
