Bi-Lingual Client Success Account Manager

As a Client Success Manager,  you will assist newly enrolled clients by conducting an initial welcome call, building rapport with clients over the first 4-6 months of enrollment, and maintaining client retention. Client interactions take place over the phone, via inbound and outbound calls, and via email or text.


Pacific Debt Relief is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who can build rapport with clients and demonstrate Emotional Intelligence. Qualified candidates should have proven experience in fast paced environments where attention to detail is a must.

Client Success Account Manager Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Friendly, assertive personality, can easily build rapport with clients
  • Flexible, coachable, positive and patient
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
  • 2+ years experience in Account Management
    • Phone Experience preferred
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Bi-Lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

Client Success Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Scheduled welcome calls and quality assurance calls to build portfolio
  • Maintain a portfolio of 150-200 client accounts
  • Update client accounts as needed
  • Schedule regular follow up and check in appointments with clients

Client Success Account Manager Benefits

  • Compensation: Hourly plus aggressive comp plan, **very competitive**
  • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay after 90 days of employment

Hours:

  • Full time position
  • M-TH from 8:00am-5:00pm PST
  • Friday 8:00am-3:00pm PST
