Negotiations Support Representative


Pacific Debt Relief supports individuals looking to get out of debt, and has been providing this service to our clients since 2002.

We are looking for applicants who work well with others, are comfortable on the phone and build client rapport easily, to join our team as a Senior Support Representative. Individuals with experience in Admin and Customer Service are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting up to 16 people in the Settlement Department and Negotiations team
  • Answering phones
  • Answering clients questions
  • Provide follow-up support
  • Running reports
  • Data entry
  • Faxing
  • Filing
  • Other misc administrative projects

Qualifications

  • Self motivated and dependable
  • Proficient in Google Suites
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years Administrative experience

Hours:

M-Th 7AM-4PM

Friday 8AM-3PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour
