Client Success Support Specialist


Pacific Debt Relief has been in business since 2002, and is an established, top rated debt relief company. We are invested in our clients and strive to provide them with high quality service.

As a Support Specialist,  you will assist Client Success Managers with reports, and tasks for clients enrolled into the program. Client interactions take place over the phone, via inbound and outbound calls, via email or text.

Pacific Debt Relief is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who can build rapport with clients and demonstrate Emotional Intelligence. Qualified candidates should have proven experience in fast paced environments where attention to detail is a must.

Support Specialist Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Friendly, assertive personality, can easily build rapport with clients
  • Flexible, coachable, positive and patient
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
  • 1+ years experience in Customer Service
    • Phone Experience preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • College degree preferred, but not required

Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Account Management team
  • Answer high call volume phone line
  • Provide information and support to clients
  • Update client accounts when necessary

Support Specialist Qualifications Benefits

  • Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, DOE
  • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay after 90 days of employment
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K all available after 90 day probationary period

Hours:

  • Full time position
  • M-TH from 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
